Return & Refund Policy – Zenvora
At Zenvora, we strive to ensure that our customers receive quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following case:
• The customer receives the wrong product
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• A clear video of the package being opened (unboxing video) must be recorded.
• The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.
The wrong product must be clearly visible in the video.
• The request must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
Without valid unboxing video proof, return or refund requests will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect product ordered by the customer
• Minor color or packaging variations
• Requests made after 2 days of delivery
• No unboxing video proof provided
Return Shipping
If a return is approved:
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• The product must be returned in unused condition with original packaging
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued only after the returned product is received and verified.
Customers may be required to provide bank account or UPI details for processing refunds.
Damaged Package
If the package appears damaged during delivery, customers should:
• Record an unboxing video immediately
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Fraud Prevention
Zenvora reserves the right to reject return or refund requests if the claim appears fraudulent or does not meet the policy requirements.
