Terms of Service – Zenvora

By accessing or purchasing from Zenvora, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General Conditions

Zenvora operates as an online retail store providing physical products across India. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if necessary.

Products

We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, packaging, or design may occur depending on suppliers and screen settings.

Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in INR (Indian Rupees). We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice.

Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email or message. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

       • Product unavailability

       • Incorrect pricing

       • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel orders within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within India.

Customers must ensure availability to receive the package at the delivery address.

Limitation of Liability

Zenvora shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka, India.
